Motion to hold a referendum, making the following amendments to the constitution:
All articles after article twenty-six shall be shifted up one place.
The text of article twenty-seven shall read as follows:
Article Twenty-Seven: In the event there are less than three court justices, Parliament, as well as any remaining Court Justices shall hear the case. Parliament shall elect a member to preside over the case if there are zero Court Justices, otherwise a remaining Court Justice shall be elected to preside.
Article Thirteen: Parliament may vote to dissolve itself. An election must be held within seven days of dissolution. Following the election, parliament has sixty days to vote on a date for the next election, which shall not be scheduled earlier than thirty days, nor later than 80 days after the previous election - failure to set a date within this period results in an automatic election held on the last Friday prior to the eighty day limit.
Article Nineteen: No minister shall hold office longer than twelve weeks unless they are a member of parliament.
